I already have a card, can I still use this or do I have to buy online?

Your points are allocated to your account and can be redeemed onto your reloadable Love2shop card. Please ensure you have entered the correct 19 digit reloadable card number to your profile. You can continue to use the card in shops or you can purchase items in the catalogue using the points on your account.

Will a reminder be sent that my card is due to expire?

No, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have spent all your points before the cards expires. You can request a new card, but you will not be able to transfer any remaining points to a new card.

Is there a time limit to use my points?
Points will expire 6 months after being awarded.

How do I make sure my Love2shop card number and personal details are correct?

Go to your profile where you can update your card details, username, password and other details here. 

Your Love2shop card number MUST be stored correctly otherwise we cannot top up your card!

My points expire after 12 months, but my card has a longer expiry date. 
You will need to redeem your points to your card which will entitle you to keep those points until your card expires.  It is your responsibility to make sure your funds on your card have been spent before your card expires. 

If you do not use a card and your points remain on your account, they will need to be spent before the 6 month deadline.

 


EARNING POINTS

How do I earn points?
On receipt of your confirmation invoice, email agentrewards@itc-uk.com with your booking reference to claim your points. You will need to state the confirmed booking reference and departure date in the subject header of your email. Your points will be allocated to your account when the departure date of your booking has been reached; you will then have 12 months to spend these points.

How often are points awarded?
We will aim to have all accounts uploaded within 14 working days.

How are points calculated?

On all Inspiring Travel Company holidays, 1 point = £1

Earn 25 points for bookings up to £2000 - £4,999

Earn 50 points for bookings from £5,000 - £7,499

Earn 75 points for bookings from £7,500 - £9,999

Earn 100 points for bookings from £10,000 - £14,999

Earn 150 points for bookings from £15,000 - £19,999

Earn 200 points for bookings from £20,000 - £29,999

Earn 300 points for bookings from £30,000 - £49,999

Earn 500 points for bookings over £50,000

 

What do I do if I think my points are wrong?
Please contact agentrewards@itc-uk.com  with details of the booking, the points you believe you should have received and why you think the total is incorrect.

How do I know how many points I have?

Click My Points in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will take you to your POINTS statement and tell you how many points you have, how many you have received and how many you have spent.

OR

Look above to the menu bar, your points balance is displayed between the star and your name.

Where can I spend my love2shop card?

You can spend your Love2shop card in 95+ stores

If you register your love2shop card here www.love2shop.co.uk you can; view your balance and activity, report a lost or stolen card and get exclusive offers and deals including e-codes for experience days or online spending.

Do points have a monetary value?
Yes, 1 point = £1

Can I buy additional points?
No – you are unable to buy additional points. Only points awarded through the scheme can be used towards rewards.

Can I gift points to a colleague?
No - points are only to be used by the booker who has earned them and cannot be transferred.

Where can I have my reward delivered?
Rewards can be delivered within the UK. You can choose your address for delivery when you place your reward order. This should be an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Am I able to add any additional information when placing my order?
No

How long does it take to deliver my order? 
Delivery times will vary depending on the time you place your order, however, your order is usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email, it can then take 3-5 working days to arrive or 5-7 working days during busy periods.we advise you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery

My rewards have not arrived?
Pleass use the Contact Us option and confirm within your message the order number that was confirmed at point of checkout and on your order confirmation email from orders@itcagents.co.uk 

When will my top up be available to use on my card?

First make sure you have added your 19 digit card number under correctly.

All top up requests are processed the next working day, you can check if your top up is ready on your card by visiting https://www.love2shop.co.uk/balance and enter your 19 digit card number in the balance checker

What if my reward is incorrect?
Pleass use the Contact Us option and we will aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Will I have to sign for my reward?
Generally rewards will need to be signed for – particularly if they are high value items. Please enter a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for a reward – this can either be a residential or work address.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes you can change your delivery address providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Pleass use the Contact Us option and confirm within your message the order number that was confirmed at point of checkout and on your order confirmation email from orders@itcagents.co.uk. Please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed to avoid disappointment.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Pleass use the Contact Us option and confirm within your message the order number that was confirmed at point of checkout and on your order confirmation email from orders@itcagents.co.uk. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I check the status of my order?
No. However if you have not received your order after 7 working days please use the Contact Us option.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

We aim to respond to all queries within 3 working days.

Please be advised that our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

What happens if I lose my Love2shop card?

Please keep your card number in a safe place as you will need this should you need to report your card lost or stolen.

If your card has been lost or stolen than please call the Love2shop 24/7 automated service on 0344 770 9015 immediately. 

There is an £8.90 charge for replacement cards that will be deducted from the balance of the card prior to the new one being despatched. In line with the card T&Cs please allow 10 working days for delivery of a replacement card.
